Description: Enabling people who are homeless to access respectful medical support, plus also support GP Practices to build on their knowledge relating to homelessness leading to them pledge that they are 'Homeless Friendly.' We also signpost to local support and services. Assist with problem solving for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Services delivered: Originally the scheme was primarily targeting GP Practices and health professionals. We now support and encouraged other service areas to pledge to be Homeless Friendly.
We offer a Homeless Card to a specific local authority - this may be expanded

Services are delivered on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Monday opening time: via email or telephone
Tuesday opening time: 9am - 3pm
Wednesday opening time: 9am - 3pm
Thursday opening time: 9am - 1pm
Languages available: English spoken - will use interpreters if needed

Cash donations: Winter warm kits, if money is donated we always use it to support people who are homeless usually to buy items for the winter kits, underwear or other items that are requested.
Non-cash donations: Clothing always welcome and passed on to relevant people or organisations. Toiletries also welcome
