Description: LEAP Enterprise is a registered not for profit Community Interest Company that was established in October 2017 with the mission of raising aspirations of young people within the Greater Manchester communities through sporting opportunities. We use sports leaders to work with and develop young people to maximise their potential and to positively contribute to their families and wider society.
Our core values are to create a Safe, Inclusive, Diverse and Stimulating Environments that focus on key aspects such as enjoyment, instilling confidence and raising aspiration though decisive problem solving and creative critical thinking, to assist the personal development of children, teenagers and young adults to become better decision makers.
We provide opportunities through Sport, Enterprise, Community Cohesion and Inclusion to leave, through many programmes a real lasting legacy on the individuals, organisations and communities with whom we work.
