Description: We are a wellness hub teaching yoga and other holistic practises in clayton, providing a number of free classes for local residents plus paying classes.
Services delivered: Yoga, meditation, nutrional guidance, movement, sound healing/gong baths, sober raves/ecstatic dance, adult drama, art classes, book club, youth theatre, live music, outdoor walking groups and seated yoga for the elderly.
