Description: LAB Manchester delivers free employment, wellbeing & communication courses for those based Manchester and Greater Manchester. Our creative & inclusive programmes support people to build confidence, develop key skills & take positive steps forward, whether that’s returning to work, improving wellbeing or continuing their learning.

All courses are delivered in a supportive, holistic environment where learners feel welcomed, valued & empowered. We offer a range of in-person & online courses across the year.

Courses are funded by Manchester Adult Education Service and led by Proper Job Theatre.
