Through our services, we aim to engage and increase our individuals and families’ wider support networks: working together to integrate excluded individuals and groups back into their community; so, they can develop a sense of belonging, meaning and purpose as the unique individuals they are, within the place they live; and equally, so they can fully participate as equal and active members of society.
