Description: We're a charity that improves the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music. Our professional musicians share specially-created live music experiences with people in health and care settings, including those with dementia, serious illnesses and mental health issues. Research shows that live music has a real, measurable impact on people's experience of health and care -- it makes people feel relaxed and confident, reduces anxiety and loneliness, improves relationships between patients and carers, and improves health outcomes by encouraging physical activity, lowering blood pressure, reducing the perception of pain, improving cognition, and helping people to tolerate invasive medical procedures.
Services delivered: We deliver bespoke live music experiences, free of charge, in hospitals, care homes, hospices and community settings.
