We are Inclusive Tennis CIC, a non-profit making company setting out to make a positive impact on our community by making tennis and sports available to everyone. The inspiration for the project is to help and teach people of any ability, who might not have had the opportunity before, to get active, learn something new and have fun.
By “inclusive” we mean everyone. From young to old, whether you are in a wheelchair, partially sighted or blind, deaf, have anxiety, stress, or other mental health issues, we are here to help and make it fun for you. We believe anybody can play tennis. Anybody from any background and any community. No matter what their age, shape, or ability.
We are dedicated to improving health and well-being through sports and education.
We also want to bring communities together and improve social engagement whilst decreasing isolation in the community. Therefore, we engage in community outreach programs in the North West and Greater Manchester areas to bring communities together. We aim to forge new and lasting partnerships within our communities and amongst individuals.
Our newest goal is to provide subsidised First-Aid training to members of the community who may not be able to currently afford such training.
