Description: At the Together Trust, we have a team of over 800 incredible employees and passionate volunteers who support over 2,000 individuals and families each year.
Our mission is to offer an equal chance in life. We believe everyone has the ability and the right to experience joy, happiness and hope, and we do everything in our power to make that happen. This is all made possible by our team of dedicated employees and volunteers.
Our values are:
Positive - We take pride in celebrating the difference we make
Professional - We act in a fair and respectable way that recognises our collective expertise
Passionate - We encourage creative ideas and inspire one another
Supportive - We are considerate and caring towards one another
These values allow us to embrace a shared vision and way of working, so that we can provide the very best services to the young people and families we support. By working in collaboration, our 47 services can work in a creative and innovative way - always putting those we support at the heart of what we do whilst recognising and respecting that we are stronger together.

Our not-for-profit services support people who have behavioural challenges, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, complex health needs and autism.
Our care, special education, community support and family support services are based in North West England and we accept referrals from all over the UK. We offer a range of short break services, community support and residential homes for children and adults offering emergency, crisis and medium to long-term placements. Our fostering service provides family placements in the North West and surrounding areas.
We provide some of the leading specialist education services in the North West region, operating a range of special schools, a further education college and centres supporting those who cannot attend mainstream schools. In addition we offer a wide range of training, consultancy and support services for young people and their families including sleep support, therapy services and family group conferencing.
In addition to local authority funded places, our services can be purchased by families, carers, and service users over the age of 18 or their brokers via a direct payment, individual budget, individual service fund or personal/private funds.
