Description: Manchester Cares brings older and younger people together – to share time, laughter, new experiences, and friendship – so that everyone can feel part of our changing city, rather than left behind by it.
Services delivered: We hold free weekly activities (Social Clubs) for older and younger to attend, from pub quizzes to ballroom dance classes we have a variety of fun, free and friendly activities to keep everyone connected.
We run a one-to-one friendship scheme (Love Your Neighbour) which brings the community in for those less able to get out.
Community Fundraising is another way for neighbours to get involved and share fresh camaraderie and support the network they love.
