Description: Move & Heal is a newly established Community Interest Company which aims to benefit the community by offering both free and affordable holistic health & wellbeing sessions in-person and online to people of varying socio-economic backgrounds and financial circumstances. These sessions will include holistic and evidence-based practices with the goal of promoting health and well-being for the mind, body and spirit.
