Description: The Counselling & Family Centre (CFC) is a mental health charity with over 45 years' experience of counselling children & young people and adults who come as individuals, couples and families. 

We are committed to helping the most vulnerable in society and provide a hub for the entire community. We help our clients achieve their ambitions through support groups and counsellor led activities such as our allotment project, an art club and mindfulness sessions. Our volunteer programme helps people back into work using the skills they have accumulated over a lifetime. Additionally, we offer a wide range of training for counsellors, related professions and people working in education and business.
Services delivered: Counselling, facilitated support groups, training for the public and for professionals, community café, supported volunteering opportunities, free space for community groups.
