Description: Who We Are

WETA Community Services CIC is a grassroots organisation committed to fostering community cohesion and empowering women from disengaged and disadvantaged racialized communities. Founded by Razia, WETA provides creative, bespoke programs that break down barriers and build bridges. As a diverse, multilingual, and multicultural organisation, we are culturally sensitive, culturally informed, and trauma-informed, offering a safe and nurturing environment where women can rebuild confidence, challenge stigma, and achieve their personal goals.

We take a strength-based and person-centred approach to help every woman unlock her potential and become the best version of herself. Our team of facilitators were once participants themselves, and now, as paid members of our organization, they reflect the true impact of our efforts. WETA celebrates the resilience of every woman we support, providing pathways for progression and opportunities for lasting transformation.
