Description: We are a charity that supports vulnerable and marginalised individuals through 1-1 support, coaching and volunteering placements in the community.
We work with young people, people with criminal convictions, and the Armed Forces community. Our support doesn't have a time limit, we work with our clients until they have the confidence and skills they need to look forward to a more positive future.

Services delivered: 1:1 and group mentoring/coaching to help people identify their skills and strengths and reach their potential.
In Greater Manchester we work with young people and ex offenders, supporting them to work towards a more positive future. We also support veterans and those leaving the armed forces who need help with their transition to civilian life, perhaps due to mental health or PTSD or due to injury/illness.
We broker bespoke volunteering placements which meet clients' individual interests, capabilities and needs and support them to maintain these placements so they can increase their confidence, self-esteem, motivation, belief in themselves, skills, experience and develop social capital and social mobility.
