Description: We work across four major regions in the UK (Greater Manchester, East London, West Midlands, Cardiff and Newport) to offer free mentoring to young people aged 14-25. The sessions are held for one hour a month for up to 12 months, and are either timetabled during school hours for those under 18 or scheduled in your own time for those over 18.

For us, mentoring is supporting a young person to find their own answers. We focus on working with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, who may not necessarily have access to any professional networks to seek career advice, help with CV/ interview skills. The sessions don't have to follow a particular format but we encourage mentors to let the mentee lead the direction, discussing any goals they may have and how you might work together to achieve those. It could be something as simple as confidence building.
Services are available: Face to face, Online/digitally
Languages available: English
Non-cash donations: We are looking for volunteer mentors, contact us for more information
