MEaP offers a range of services, such as:
- Supplementary school service/Alternative Provision: This service provides extra education and support for young people who need it, either after school or during school hours
- Mentoring and Personal Development: This service matches young people with mentors who can guide them, inspire them, and help them achieve their goal
• Family Mediation Services
• Community/Personal Development Training Programme.
• Community Research
• We aim to help people challenge their mindsets and raise their aspirations, by showing them the possibilities and opportunities they have.
• We value and invest in people by providing them with the support, guidance, and resources they need to grow and thrive.
• We believe that anyone can change, regardless of their background, circumstances, or challenges, by tapping into their potential and resilience.
• We believe that changing one’s life can have a ripple effect, by improving the lives of families and communities, and creating a positive impact in the world.
• We believe that everyone deserves to pursue their dreams and aspirations, by offering them a pathway to success and fulfillment.

Services delivered: Alternative provision
We currently work one-to-one and in small groups with 11 to 16-year olds who are at risk of being excluded from school. We also have the capacity to work with younger children, see After-School Provision.
MEaP Academy Lifelong Learning, we believe that learning never stops – whatever stage of our lives we may be at. For us, education is a much broader pursuit than the activities we are accustomed to in schools and another formal learning setting
Community mentoring
and mediation service
Our integrated community mentoring and mediation service helps young people and their families to resolve conflict within the home and at school, by addressing issues that inhibit the family from functioning as a whole.
