Description: We are a mental health charity, supporting human health activities and physical well being activities. Currently throughout the week we run, Men's football on Monday evening, Wednesday running/walking group, Thursday drop in meeting to talk about anything you are going through or may need support with and Sunday hiking group.
We initially founded the charity after an increase in suicides in our local community, many of which were friends. The charity is named after our friend who sadly took his life 22 years ago. We would like to give back to the community and have put together activities to bring people together and promote healthy body, healthy mind. If the people who have taken their lives had this support when they were alive, things may have been different. We want to make a change on the stigma of not talking and reaching out.
