Description: Polonia Northern England (PNE) is a charitable organisation established to preserve and share the heritage and history of the post WW2 Polish emigrants resettled in areas of Northern England. The organisation aims to create and develop permanent community archives with public access to various collections and memorabilia. It will also promote educational materials and events to wider communities, to showcase the history, heritage and contribution of exiled communities resettled in various regions of Northern England.
