Description: RISE UP is a Manchester based youth employment charity supporting 16 - 30 year olds.Our vision is to ensure that every young person is empowered by their potential and can harness it to kick-start a sustainable career without limitations, contributing to an equitable future.
Our team of industry mentors provide group and one-to-one support to young people seeking a job where they can thrive. We do this through:
- Creating pathways to meaningful careers
- 1:1 Career mentoring and guidance
- CV writing and portfolio development workshops
- LinkedIn and networking training
- Interview, assessment and technical testing coaching
- Elevator pitch development and coaching
- Post placement mentoring and support
