Sticks and Worms Nature Network cic
Where do they work?: City-Wide, Greater Manchester, North West
Description: Sticks and Worms Nature Network CIC is an outdoor community groups which aims to get children and adults of all abilities enjoying the outdoors in different ways, be it hiking, camping, bike rides or gardening.
We aim to make nature and outdoor spaces more accessible by providing free events and group activities which encourages minority and marginalised communities to access local country parks and experience therapeutic nature related leisurely activities.
I am a qualified Forest School Leader with an interest in sustainability, ecological issues and conservation.
Over the past 2 years I have ran my own forest school business serving mainly the Home educated community across the North west. We also lead hikes across Rochdale/Oldham for large groups.
