Description: To promote and protect the physical and mental health of recovering alcoholics in and around greater manchester for the public benefit by: providing support group meetings, which may include counselling and treatment; where gaps in services are identified, campaigning for suitable provision, particularly in connection with an NHS dual diagnosis service for treating alcoholism and mental health in greater manchester; providing such other activities or services as the trustees may, from time to time, identify.
