'Nubia Wellness and Healing (NWAH) CIC is a leading provider of innovative African-centred wellness products, workshops, training, and speaking engagements in corporate, university, family, and community settings. We enliven the spirit, excavate the self and optimise emotional and cognitive functioning using the best of African Psychology.
We are led by a female Doctor of Clinical Psychology of Jamaican parentage who embraced her African ancestry with her study in Africa. We developed the UK's first online adult African Psychology School to bring the best of traditional African wisdom to international audiences. We recently expanded our offering to residential retreats for recovery from racial trauma for people of African ancestry.
Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality African-centred wellness products in contemporary formats. Our value is in continually improving our customer experience within an African-centred ethical framework.
