ADHD Unite Network UK provides free community-based ADHD support, education and peer support for adults, parents, carers and families. Our activities include weekly ADHD support meetings, Walk & Talk sessions, awareness stalls, practical workshops, emotional wellbeing support, signposting, printed resources, and lived-experience education around ADHD, addiction, isolation, emotional regulation and everyday coping skills.
We create a safe, welcoming space where people can feel understood, reduce shame, build confidence, learn practical strategies, and connect with others in the local community. Our work supports people who may feel isolated, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unable to access the right help elsewhere.
