Nova Polonia UK CIC strengthens communities by connecting people, organisations and local partners to co-create solutions that improve wellbeing, build resilience and increase community participation. Through leadership development, volunteering, community engagement and nature-based initiatives, we help communities develop the confidence, skills and relationships needed to create lasting social change.

We welcome donations of equipment, gardening tools, plants, educational materials, refreshments for community events, venue space, professional services and volunteer time.
