She Rises Collective CIC supports women, particularly Polish-speaking and migrant women living in Greater Manchester. We create accessible activities and services around women’s health, wellbeing and community connection.
Our work includes health and wellbeing sessions, gentle physical activity, workshops, community events, peer support and practical information. We also work with local organisations and professionals to help women access support, build confidence, reduce isolation and feel more connected to their local community.
We are developing more regular wellbeing services for women, including therapeutic and holistic support, alongside our community-based activities.
