Opportunity title Summary
Admin Volunteer Europia are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to assist them within their office, some duties they require help with are as follows:

* Create and maintain a database
* Communicate internally and with volunteers, staff and stakeh
Events Team member The volunteers will be part of a dynamic group that will work as team in setting up and delivering events all over Manchester and Greater Manchester. This role will also include opportunities for training and personal development.
Volunteer Co-ordinator This will be a challenging opportunity to help set up and manage volunteers of Europia. This role will include full training with support and some certifications on how to manage volunteers.
Admin Assistant We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our friendly team in a long term volunteering position. 
I.T. Support Provide I.T. system support; updating and maintaining a small network of computers, printers and VOIP system for a small charity focusing on the development and integration of European Expats.
Assistant Advice Worker We are the only Registered Charity in Greater Manchester to work for the exclusive benefit of European Expats. We are looking for a volunteer to help us with our monthly Welfare Advice Session held on the first Saturday of each month from 10.00am to approximately 2.30pm in Hulme, (M15 5BJ). We need a professional and friendly volunteer to help us to make the process run smoothly and efficiently for our clients. The Volunteer would be expected to Greet our clients and direct them to our waiting area. Provide the client with an Equality and Diversity form for completing and assist them where necessary with its completion. Assist the client in completing a "New Client Form" on the laptop provided and again assisting where necessary. Have a basic understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The majority of our clients are Polish therefore a Polish speaking volunteer would be optimal yet not essential. Travel Expenses will be covered on the day.
Welfare Advice Session Assistant We are looking for a volunteer to help us with our monthly Welfare Advice Session held on the first Saturday of each month from 10.00am to approximately 2.30pm in Hulme. Volunteer Social Media Assistant We are seeking a Social Media Volunteer to schedule regular posts across our Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts as well as Youtube. We are currently looking for a volunteer to produce relevant well-written and researched social media posts that not only are informative, but also engaging to our followers.
Familiarity with various social media platforms, ability to work independently, creativity and enthusiasm.
