The MCA is a Cameroonian's Association which aims to:
Advance the education and training of African immigrant and their dependants in need, thereby enabling them to advance in life and assist in their rehabilitation within their adopted country of residence.
Promote various sport activities in order to improve fitness and health conditions of African Immigrants.
Promote peace and tolerance between African Communities and other communities living in Manchester.
