Young and Unique' helps Young Carers access services across the City of Manchester. We run monthly activity sessions exclusively for Young Carers aged 8-18 years, which aim to provide a break from their caring role and a chance to meet other Young Carers. In addition we undertake Young Carers Assessments to assess individual and family needs with the aim of putting in place support packages and signposting to other services. We also actively involve Young Carers in local and national research to provide them with a voice. 'Young and Unique' is your chance to speak!
