Description: We are an organisation, that supports older people to be more active through activities. We do a walking group, arm chair exercises, healthy eating and cooking, a healthy kitchen, welfare and advice. We also bring in health professionals to give advice on health related problems. We also support unemployed people to get back into employment, by doing a gaining skills to get back into work. This involves a 6 week programme that's on cv updating, interview skills, job application form filling, confidence and motovation skills, and work experience.
