Description: MCC is a creative community portal online and an organisation that represents creative collectives in Manchester. Manchester Creative Collectives (MCC) which started in March 2009, is a community interest company (CIC) focused on two specific areas mapping and a website portal bringing together networks and community projects that would not necessarily see a need for mutually beneficial collaboration across Manchester.

We support unrelated projects with similar goals relating to ecosystem regeneration and informal learning. We see the need of a knowledge network for communities, co-operatives and corporations to collaborate on mutually beneficial projects and designs for the city.

Our company aims to help local communities and government in social development and policy design, a set up for direct communication providing qualitative and quantitative information that is directly generated by the public to those governing the city, government may therefore service and accommodate the people much more effectively. MCC - Resources – Skills – Events – Projects MCC supplies information and services on geographical audio visual mapping data, social research, permaculture, eco-tourism, artist and product promotion. This facilitates efficient and entertaining courses and events contributing to individual and business mental and physical well-being.
