NOISEfestival.com aims to help talented young artists take their first steps into a creative career regardless of their background. Being free and in a central location in Manchester, the NOISE Lab is accessible to all young artists wishing to promote themselves, and gives them the opportunity to get their foot in the door of the creative industries.
