Helpline Volunteer As a Helpline Volunteer you will support IC in providing a confidential telephone service for those effected by domestic abuse and to professionals needing advice around issues relating to domestic abuse. By providing information you give victims/survivors options which empowers individuals to make safe choices for themselves and any dependent children.
