Women’s Group: Focused on but not exclusive to South Asian Women that meets twice weekly to learn, share, and support each other. The Self-care activity is target at women and takes the form of talking, listening, exploring, and learning about self, acceptance and worth pampering sessions having a "me time".

Woodlands Café/Community Hub: Cooking and social eating and learning about healthy food to combat the adverse effects of long-term health conditions. The Hub is where the community can come together to socialise/eat culturally specific meals and can take a meal away with them.

Advocacy/Connecting/Supporting people: Information/Signposting to relevant agencies for service users
