Description: The Manchester YMCA operates a health and fitness facility, the Y Club, which offers a wide range of individual and group programmes and services including exercise classes, fitness assessments and programmes, sports activities and rehabilitation opportunities all of which are accessible and inclusive for people of all ages and abilities.
