Description: We are a health-based CIO supporting people's physical and mental health. This includes understanding the impact of childhood and trauma, Sensory Integration Therapy and walks.

Special activities running over winter: - Physiotherapist sensory integration/sensory processing support for children and teenagers. This is available face to face, online and by telephone and you can get in touch by email or phone for more information.
- Mental health wellbeing walks to to support positive mental health and reduce loneliness. Available to adults 18+ but children/families welcome. This is a weekly gentle walk which can be adapted to suit all needs. We meet in Northenden and have a free takeaway drink from Salutem wellbeing Coffeeshop. - 'Early Days' support for families from pregnancy through to their child's 2nd birthday. Practical support such as providing second hand toys and clothing, emotional support to families, helping to link in with other relevant services and organisations and helping to support child development. - Regular Trauma Network linking in with other residents and organisations in Manchester that are interested in the impact of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and how it informs the way they live and work. Get in touch by email, phone or social media for more information.
- Trauma awareness raising sessions that are available free to organisations working in South Manchester. These sessions explore the impact of trauma and ACEs and the importance of being trauma informed. Get in touch by email, phone or social media for more information.
