Dave Packwood (founder of Dave Packwood Associates) has 30 years, experience in working within high performing children, young people and family services and voluntary organisations, ranging from small local groups to large national charities. The services provided include:

• Bid writing, funding and business development support, including applications to Trusts, Grants and Local Authority tenders
• Organisational reviews and evaluations of funded projects
• Youth work inspections – including working with Youth Focus North West to provide young inspectors
• Training sessions in a range of subjects including leadership and management, supervision skills etc.

DPC Consultancy also offers a range of coaching activities for Individuals and VCS organisations, this includes:

• Executive coaching to Chief Executives and Managers
• Team coaching to staff teams and trustees boards
• Funding coaching to those wanting to develop a clear model for fundraising and expand their funding skills and knowledge

All of these models utilise the GROW model of Coaching developed by John Whitmore, are deliver by qualified level 5 coaches, involve an initial 6 sessions of support and can be delivered face to face or via zoom, telephone.
