You are invited to join a new Peer Learning Network aimed at people in the VCSE sector workforce in Greater Manchester who work with data, as part or all of their role. People in data focused roles in the VCSE sector told us they can experience professional isolation, and would value more opportunities to connect with and learn from others in similar roles.
The goal for this brand new network is to provide inspiration and motivation for organisations to improve their approach to data and intelligence, offer peer connection, skills development and an increased sense of community and support- but the focus of future network sessions will be decided by you!
This first taster session will:
- Facilitate some discussions and activities to better understand the opportunities and challenges in your role, and what you’d like future network sessions to focus on
- Discuss best practice, tools and tips for data and intelligence skills development
- Start to coordinate and build data expertise within and between VCSE sector organisations.
- Think about how we can use data to embed and grow the role of the VCSE sector as a strategic partner and provider of services in Greater Manchester.
