Hate Crime Awareness Week 2023 Grants Programme

hate crime awareness week 2023 grants programme

This funding programme is now closed to applications

The Hate Crime Awareness Week 2023 Grants Programme is offering twenty-one awards of £500 to help tackle hatred and discrimination by raising awareness of hate crime and how to report it. The deadline for applications is midday on Wednesday 9 November. Applicants will be informed of the outcome no later than Monday 28 November.

Through Macc and on behalf of Manchester City Council’s Community Safety Partnership funding is available annually during Greater Manchester Hate Crime Awareness Week each February to support projects across the city.

While we want most activities and events to take place during Hate Crime Awareness Week 2023, which is between Monday 6th and Sunday 12th February, we will consider activities and events that may take place over several days in February before during or after the main week.
