Humankind’s Independent Living Unit offers a range of housing-related support services, advice and guidance to help people maintain accommodation and progress towards sustained independent living in the community.

Humankind support vulnerable people, often with histories including substance misuse, offending, mental ill health and homelessness, to overcome barriers and achieve social inclusion.

An opportunity has arisen to join the successful Manchester Redbank Floating Support Service as a Floating Support Worker (FSW). You will support clients to maximise their income and pay rent, reduce debts, develop independent living skills, maintain their health and wellbeing and keep their tenancies. You will work as part of an experienced and committed team and will be outcome-focused and committed to help clients realise their full potential.
