Advanced Methods of Evaluation, run by the National Centre for Research Methods, will develop your knowledge of and capabilities to adopt advanced evaluation methods within your own work context. Through a mixture of presentations, discussions, practical tasks, case studies and Q&A, this programme will enable you to develop the skills and confidence needed to apply a range of quantitative and qualitative evaluation approaches.
The programme will be delivered as 4 x 90-minute online workshops, delivered on a Wednesday afternoons in May and June 2024, followed by 2 x 60-minute online support sessions in June and July 2024 to provide follow-up support as participants apply the knowledge from the training in their own work context.
The course is primarily aimed mid-to-senior level researchers/research managers working for VCFSE organisations, Government or Local Authorities.
