LandAid is the property industry charity working to end youth homelessness in the UK. LandAid bring together remarkable businesses and individuals across the property industry to support projects providing life-changing accommodation for young people facing homelessness. LandAid have an exciting opportunity for youth homelessness charities in the North West and are currently seeking a flagship charity partner for their North West Board.
LandAid has previously offered support of £50,000 - £100,000 per annum for up to three years – however this is a guideline, and LandAid can be flexible for the right project.
LandAid are interested in finding a capital project that will deliver new homes for young people experiencing homelessness in the North West – contributing to their ambitious target of creating 1000 homes for young people by 2024.
With the support of the North West Board’s support, LandAid are particularly interested in capital projects that will benefit from pro bono support and expertise from the property industry.
LandAid are open to project proposals at any stage, so this is a brilliant opportunity to put forward your charity’s ambitions to create bedspaces for young people experiencing homelessness and collaborate with the property industry in the North West. LandAid would particularly welcome a project that their corporate supporters can help shape through providing free property advice and expertise.
