Ardwick Cultural Consortium Volunteering Works Programme

Are you interested in trying something new and developing your self-confidence?

Are you in receipt of benefits and available Thursdays and Fridays from early May 2013 for 9 weeks?

The programme can help you:
• Gain confidence, experience and new skills
• Achieve a recognised qualification
• Improve your employability
• Benefit from practical volunteer opportunities

Volunteering is a great way to get out and improve your life and work skills:
• Customer Service
• Discovering Local History
• Meeting other Volunteers
• Teamwork
• Basic Food Hygiene

Volunteers get involved in all sorts of activities and Ardwick Cultural Consortium are keen to meet people from Ardwick and surrounding areas who are interested in adding to their self-confidence, volunteering and work skills.

There is a no-obligation two hour ‘taster session,’ including the opportunity to have a tour of Victoria Baths and share a cuppa and cake, on Thursday 18 April, 10am to 12noon.

Out-of-pocket expenses are covered and your benefits should not be affected.
