Building Capabilities

4 Apr 2014 - 11:20 by michelle.foster

Have you ever asked someone to help your organisation do what it does even better?

You can help The Big Lottery to learn from support providers who assist your organisation and its work by forwarding this survey to them.

The Big Lottery have commissioned a team of researchers from the Universities of Birmingham and Sheffield Hallam to carry out a scoping study.

It will explore ‘what works in building front line voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations (VCSEs) capabilities to deliver outcomes more effectively and sustainably'. It is part of their Building Capabilities initiative.

The researchers would like you to ask people who represent any organisations or businesses (including sole traders and self-employed consultants) that have provided support to your VCSE organisation in the past 12 months, to complete this survey.

However you feel about the support you have been given, the Big Lottery are keen to hear from the organisations you have sought support from.

The survey should be passed on to any providers you think it might be relevant to.

The deadline for responses is 17 April 2014.
