Community Asset Ownership Research

The Plunkett Foundation, commissioned by Building Communities Trust (BCT), wants to find out how effective existing legislation and means of supporting communities to take ownership of assets in Scotland and England, to help understand what legislation and policies could be beneficial in Wales.
