Do it all online on the Manchester City Council website

11 Jul 2013 - 11:49 by michelle.foster

Order Council services, find information, report a problem, request a service, or pay a bill online from your desktop, tablet or mobile phone.

You can get even more from the redeveloped Manchester City Council website with a customer account.

Set one up and you can:
• see services, information, news and events in your neighbourhood
• You will soon be able to check the progress of your requests and get email updates
• send online requests without having to give your details every time
• get a quicker service. Your requests are fast-tracked to the right place

All you need is a home in Manchester and an email address.

To get your account:
Go to www.manchester.gov.uk click on the word ‘Register’ at the very top of the page, or go to the ‘Your account’ box under the big picture further down the page. Fill in the simple registration form and follow the step by-step instructions.

Need help?
Call in to any Manchester library. There’s free internet access (you may need to book) and help at hand.
