Groundwork are offering frontline workers across the Northwest free training through the Big Energy Saving Network on how to support your customers/beneficiaries on saving energy and money and keeping cosy in their home. Groundwork will also talk to you about the funding available in your area and how to access this.
Groundwork want to help you to support the most vulnerable, offering you some tips and tricks that will not only benefit your customers but may help you to save money too.
This training is informal and can be adapted to the amount of time you and your team have available.
All sessions will be run via MS Teams on:
- Tuesday 23 March –1pm and 3pm
- Wednesday 24 March – 10am, 12pm and 3pm
- Thursday 25 March – 10am, 1pm and 4pm
