Do you know anyone who could benefit from building their emotional resilience in a creative and supportive environment?
This free two-week course will run 12 - 26 November and is for Manchester city residents (north/south/central), aged over 19 (all ages above welcome), unemployed and with the right to live and work in the UK.
LAB stands for Learn Achieve Believe – Supported by peers and experienced LAB Project staff, this course will help participants take the first steps to a more positive future that they have chosen for themselves using drama, CBT and NLP. The course is also a great chance to meet other people and get into a routine.
The course runs on Zoom over 2 weeks, Monday – Friday, 10am - 1pm. Participants will need internet access and a device (smart phones are fine) and will receive £50 voucher on completion.
Proper Job Theatre Co also run a taster session, called LAB Up, over zoom every Tuesday afternoon 2pm - 3pm for anyone who is interested and would like to try some of the activities before deciding to commit to a longer course.
