Drama Drop – starts 5 March
Interested in drama and acting? Drop in and learn from professional performers, actors and directors. No experience necessary.

Drama Drop, previously know as Monday Drop is an informal and exciting project filled with lots of activities and exercises led by professional performers, actors and directors.

As well as learning skills in acting, it’s a forum for you to develop skills in improvisation, dialogue, performing, plus much more. You will also get opportunities to perform, watch performances and even the chance to achieve an Arts Award qualification.

Music Drop – starts 12 March
A weekly project teaching young people skill in music production, songwriting and recording.

Beat makers, rappers, singers or anyone interested in making music, Music Drop is the perfect project for you.

Previously knows as Media Drop, this project will teach you how to make music using computers including learning skills in song writing, recording and performing. Whatever your background in music is, this project will give you a perfect start to your musical journey.

Arts Award – starts 21 March
At the Arts Award Drop sessions, you can work your way through Bronze, Silver and Gold Arts Awards to explore the arts, develop your skills and become a creative leader. As an Arts Award Supporter we support schools, colleges and youth organisations to enhance their Arts Award offer.

Whatever your arts background, Contact provides various Arts Award opportunities and support.

Arts Award
Arts Award is a nationally recognised qualification that supports young people up to the age of 25 to develop as artists and arts leaders. Contact delivers Arts Award at all five levels. For Arts Award Discover, Explore and Bronze you will take part in different arts activities, find out about artists and arts organisations, experience arts events, share your arts skills and put together a portfolio. For Silver and Gold you also get to set yourself arts challenges, organise your own project and research arts careers.
