GM Quality Improvement and Assurance Framework

GM’s Living Well at Home programme includes a Quality Strategy, which strives for high quality, outcome-focussed and person centred care and support, which is based on people’s strengths.

The framework will define what the programme considers ‘great’ to look like, provide a tool to identify areas of best practice from which continuous improvement across GM can be driven.

GM’s Living Well at Home programme would love to hear what people who are receiving or have received care and support think great quality looks and feels like.
