These taster sessions are an opportunity for link workers and professionals such as Community Connectors, health care providers and green space workers who want to set up their own project or are interested in referring, to experience a 
wellbeing session first-hand with Therapeutic Gardener, Ozichi Brewster. The session is an opportunity to learn more about how green social prescribing/wellbeing sessions are set up and facilitated at Bridgewater.
