Grow Wild Community Projects 2019

Grow WildGrow Wild, the outreach project of Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, has two grant funds open for application: community projects and for youth-led projects.

They are interested in projects inspired by UK native wildflowers, plants and fungi, that help people connect to each other and nature.

The Community projects fund (deadline 10 December) award £2,000 or £4,000 for groups and organisations trying something new or different to engage hundreds of people in their community about UK native wildflowers/plants/fungi, where there are opportunities to help people connect with, learn about and give to each other and nature.

The Youth-led projects (rolling deadlines) award £500 for young people aged 14-25. Projects should be creative, actively engage other people in their delivery, and be inspired by UK native wildflowers or fungi. Beyond that, anything is up for grabs.
